It was a challenge finding a time to get the whole Mills family together, so we split the session in two parts. I'm so glad we did, because the delay actually ended up giving us some gorgeous fall colors to work with for the second part of the session! These little rascals were full of energy and loved to explore. :) We had a great time romping in the soybean field and the leaves together!
{Abbee + Keaton}
This couple is just so easy to photograph! Just look at them. We flew through their session, and I don't think there were any bad images in the bunch. It was a beautiful afternoon on Halloween, and I really enjoyed using this neat location with them! I'm a sucker for old stuff, and this place has so many cool old things in it! Thanks for hanging with me, you two.
{Dalton: 6 Months Old!}
What is better than a baby who has a smile a mile long, and is happy for an entire photo session?! This little boy is just the BEST baby in the world, and I could have spent all day taking pictures of his chubby cheeks and listening to his little chirps and giggles. :) I also got to see an old nursing school friend of mine in the process. What a delight it was to spend the evening with her beautiful family!!
{Mr. & Mrs. Avila}
The Avila wedding was nothing short of magical. From the ceremony in the middle of a beautiful Kansas field to the enchanted forest reception, this wedding was just beautiful and had something so special. I had such a great time capturing every detail of Emily and Kyle's day, and was honored to be a part of it! Congratulations you two!!
{Loger Family Mini}
I have known the Loger family for most of my life I think. :) They were a lot of fun to work with, and we just flew through their session! What a great looking bunch too! The blue truck was a great addition to the photos, and I wish I could just have that thing sitting around for my sessions all the time. ;) Thanks for the great afternoon you guys!
{Rupe Family}
I was thrilled with a member of the Rupe family contacted me again to take photos of a larger part of their family this summer. I had taken their family's photos last summer and we had such a great session. :) This family was seriously the easiest large family group I have ever worked with, and we just flew through their session! We had a gorgeous setting to work with and the weather was surprisingly fair for August in Kansas! Thanks so much for spending an evening with me and making memories.
{Daniel, Alicia, & Lauryn}
Alicia was my freshman roommate in college. We met at a preview day the summer before it started and instantly connected. We later requested to room together and a friendship began! I had not seen this woman for over three years before this session the other day...it had been since my wedding...which she was in! haha Despite the long time that had passed, it felt like just yesterday since we had talked and laughed together. I enjoyed our session so much and look forward to many more outings together in our near future. <3 And just look at her precious little girl!! Eek!
{CL Smet: Head Shots}
This gorgeous girl was not hard to photograph...she made my job so easy! I was elated when she asked me to do her head shots for her. She is a very talented actress and singer...oh, and she writes scripts too!! Loved our session together. <3
{Bauerle Kids Mini}
It was so much fun meeting these cute kiddos the other morning!! It was a beautiful morning and we had a great time with lots of laughs and ENERGY!! I am in love with the cuteness overflowing from each image. :) Thanks for sharing them with me, Jennifer!
{Curtis Family Mini}
It had been almost a year to the day since I had photographed little Jordan's 2nd birthday photos. She has grown so much since then! And so have my photography skills. :) The rain *thankfully* stopped just before our session started that morning, which gave us some beautiful light to play with, and we had a great time. I love seeing repeat kiddos and how much they have grown!
