{Zier Family}

It had been quite awhile since I  had seen this family!  I grew up with them in church, and hadn't seen them since their first kiddo, Paul, was just a baby!  It was quite chilly on the day of our session but we tried to keep it fun and playful for the kids and got some great shots.  :)

{Mr. & Mrs. McCready}

Whitnie is one of my dearest friends, so when she asked me to photograph her wedding, I just HAD to say yes!!  We had so much fun on her wedding day.  Whitnie and Michael are a couple of goofballs that were meant for each other, and the day was perfect.  <3  I'm so grateful to have been a part of it!

{Russell: Senior 2015}

When I booked my December session with Russell, I was pretty nervous that it was going to be freezing.  But the weather held out for us, and it wasn't so bad!  No coats necessary! Russell is in the Blue Notes select choir (A guy after my own heart! I was in it too) and is planning on heading off to join the National Guard after graduation.  I had a great time getting to know this young man and I wish him the best of luck in his future!

{Paige: Senior 2015}

Paige and I had fun exploring downtown Wichita together, and then ended up at the high school in Clearwater from which she is graduating!  That also happens to be where I graduated from, so it definitely took me back to my high school days.  :)  Paige is a natural in front of the camera.  I barely every had to direct her and she often came up with her own ideas!  She definitely made my job easy.

{Quarles/Battaglear Family}

It is so crazy how little connections with people turn into something more!  I met Kim at a church event one weekend in Caney, and from that day, we became friends on Facebook.  This photo session was only the second time I had seen her in person, but I feel like I have known her for a long time.  :)  We had some beautiful light and fall colors to shoot these photos in!

{Chelsea: Senior 2015}

You will not meet a sweeter girl than miss Chelsea!  She has a heart for animals and a gorgeous smile.  We had SO much fun exploring the Independence Zoo during her session.  The fall colors were still going strong!!  This girl said she always looks awkward in pictures, but if you ask me, she is model material.  Check out her stunning-ness.  :)

{Makinsey: Senior 2015}

Makinsey was such a joy to shoot.  She just radiates a natural beauty and her smile is infectious!  It was a really chilly morning, but she was a trooper.  Her family showed me such hospitality and I appreciated it so much.  Beautiful setting, beautiful girl...enjoy!

During the shoot, we snuck in a few photos with her sweet sister.  :)  You can totally tell that they are related!  So pretty!

{Smothers Family}

This was my first true autumn/winter shoot.  It was cold cold cold outside, but we made it through!  I always really enjoy having sessions with people I know pretty well.  We just hang out and talk and shoot a few photos.  This family is so FULL of love and fun, and I think it shows in their photos!  Enjoy.  :)
