Where do I even start with this beautiful girl?! I am always flattered when I get repeat customers. I did a family session for her and her family awhile back, so when Brooke asked me about doing her senior pictures, I was very excited to work with her again! She is beautiful inside and out, and has such a great heart for God and sharing His love! I know He has something big planned for her life.
{Mr. & Mrs. McCulley}
I have always loved how close my family is, how we all live close to each other and I get to see them often. My brother has always been there for me. I was honored to be there for him on his wedding day and to capture memories for my whole family! And Misty fits right into our family perfectly. Couldn't ask for any more. <3
{Emily's 1st Birthday}
This little one was kind of a stinker for our session, but we were able to get a few smiles out of her anyway!! Although, I love her serious faces too. <3 She was so cute and I had a great time catching her many expressions.
{Cook Family}
There's no better way to start a new year than with a photo session! I loved exploring two new locations with the Cook Family! They are a good lookin' bunch, aren't they? It was a little breezy (yeah, yeah...it's Kansas!) but the weather was surprisingly nice for January! We even had the sun out for the entire session. :)
{The Smothers Crew}
What a joyful morning we all had together! This was probably one of my favorite shoots to do. Not because of the photos that were taken, but because of the beautiful love and togetherness this family has! Starting the shoot out with coffee all around, as ten children raced around the house...then sitting down afterwards to eat breakfast with the whole crew. I felt so welcome! While waiting for breakfast to be ready, the kiddos played with each other, the adults spent time catching up, and one little play Christmas carols on the piano while many sang along. I love this family and I was honored to spend this special morning with them and to capture their memories!!
{Dotson Family}
It was supposed to rain the whole morning of our planned session, but the rain held out for us and the colors were beautiful! It has been such a strange year for the fall colors. This session was so late in the season but the colors just kept getting better. :) Add some adorable boys in plaid flannel, and well...here's the result!!
{Headley Family}
The large group family photos continue! This day was a little chilly but the sun was warm and the fall colors were vibrant! Loved getting to know this family and exploring the family farm with them. :) Absolutely all of those kiddos were SO cooperative too! Easiest big bunch of kids I have had in awhile.
{Ross Family}
I always love meeting new clients. I was so honored when this fellow photographer asked me to take her family photos a few weeks ago! Her family was dressed to impress and all smiles! What a lovely afternoon i the park we had. :)
{Gerlach Bunch}
Of course my luck with beautiful days for every session had to end at some point! We were pretty chilly on this late November evening, as a cold front had just come through! The Kansas wind was definitely present. But we still had a lot of fun and everyone were troopers! Even those kiddos. :)
{Engels Save-the-Date}
After about 12 hours of studying today, I decided to take a 10 minute break to finish this little session up! I know Nate as one of my personal trainers, so when he talked to me during one of our sessions about being his and Karen's wedding photographer, I was ecstatic. And let me tell you...these two are absolutely adorable together. This was just a quick little save-the-date session. I am excited to work with them again for a spring engagement session and their October wedding!
